Complementary first meet (insures doula/client compatibility) prior to prenatal visits. 3 prenatal visits where we will go over a birth plan, movement support and thoughts, and ideas on the birthing process. 1 post-partum visit where we will discuss the birthing experience and all questions and concerns. Continued support postpartum support up to 2hr after birth. 24 hours on call phone access up to 4 weeks surrounding estimated birth date. Relaxation methods, massage, essential oils, labor ball, as well as other comfort measures.
