Complementary first meet (insures doula/client compatibility) prior to prenatal visits. 4 prenatal visits where we will go over a birth plan, movement support and thoughts, and ideas on the birthing process. 1 postpartum visit where we will discuss the birthing experience and all questions and concerns. Continued support postpartum support up to 3hr after birth. 24 hour on call phone access. Relaxation methods, massage, essential oils, labor ball, as well as other comfort measures. Lite suggestions for movement to promote the most efficient position of the baby to aid in the progress of birth. 1 hip opening yoga 45-minute session. 1 Reiki Healing session 30 minutes. 1 Postpartum Vaginal Steam (after bleeding stops)sound therapy, aromatherapy included. Add Reiki-$60 session 35minute yoga-$60 session 1 hr
